Child Development Group Connections

WFSC offers group connections to provide a means of parents establishing social connections with one another.

These activities allow parents to form new friendships as well as social networks.  As aligned with our home visiting curricula specific groups are planned to focus on child development and may include topics such as: 

  • The Amazing Brain of a Baby
  • Helping Your Child’s Brain During Sensitive Periods
  • Early Literacy Book Clubs for children and their parents
  • Supporting Your Child’s Writing
  • Using Hands and Eyes Together
  • Motor Experience Center
  • How to Use Books to Explore Emotions
  • What Parents Can Do About Bullying
