The Benefit Bank is an innovative network system for delivering benefits and enhancing anti-poverty efforts.  The Benefit Bank (TBB) provides the systematic link between eligible populations and the currently available—but unaccessed—tax refunds, federal and other anti-poverty benefits.  As a member of this network we provide the following services.

  • Free Tax Preparation & Filing Paper or E-File (Federal, State, Local)
  • Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA)
  • LIHEAP Applications
  • Child Care Subsidy
  • PACE/ PACENET
  • PA Rent and Property Tax Rebate
  • National Voters’ Registration Application
  • Pa Common Application for Welfare Assistance (Cash, Snap & Medical Assistance)

These services are provided to anyone in the community.  You do not have to be enrolled in our family support center for this support.  Call the center at 412.871.7948 and ask to speak to Ms. Phylicia Tarpley to schedule an appointment.
